News Fast

so i'm on this news fast because when i listen to the news i usually get really distracted. in fact, i think news is a huge distraction-- i'd rather just be ignorant for like a month-- than have to worry about bull in the world.


honestly though, i care, but it's been draining on me creatively. i hear there are things going on with iraq right now, but so much energy is spent in anticipation without actually being in a position to do anything about it. it's frustrating.

therefor, i am going on a news fast for another month. i hope to be more ignorant than ever...
