Kiva.org & MicroLoaning

Hey readers,
As you all know, I'm a big fan of microloaning to small businesses in developing countries. I am pleased to report that 2 out of the 3 loans I made this past Christmas have already been paid in full!

I really urge you to check out Kiva.org. When you click the lend button, you can see various businesses, their owners and their stories, and choose which one you'd like to loan to! From Africa to Samoa to Eastern Europe, the stories are really from all over the world. They even have a kiva myspace that you can add to your top friends!

All I ask is that you really look into the site.
In the end, you lose nothing and help uplift these communities in ways you probably didn't even imagine.
