Another news fast!!!

yes, I'm looking to do another one, since I had some good success with it in October. When I wasnt so distracted by the October news, I wrote a song and was busy working on other stuff too. It was really nice to not be so dragged down by all the political speculation of what was going to happen for the November elections. I also think I was more healthier physically, spiritually, and emotionally during the newsfast.

Anyway, I guess I cheated a little bit today when i was logging out of my hotmail account and saw this link from the logout webpage about a superthyphoon in the Philippines, which is always bad news. I did happen to read it, as I think i should..but now, starting right now, I'm going on the fast. Wish me luck!
